How VIP Life started
VIP Life was founded by two Canadians who relocated to Medellín and quickly noticed something: the city has world-class properties, world-class drivers, and world-class hospitality — but no one was packaging it the way an international traveler actually wants it.
So we built it.
How we operate today
Today we run as a single team handling concierge, transportation, and security for visitors who expect things to just work. One point of contact. One standard. One bill at the end of the trip.
We don’t subcontract security to a stranger. We don’t hand your driver off to a marketplace. Every person who shows up for your booking is someone we’ve worked with personally.
What we believe
The details are the product. Show up early. Track the flight. Send the driver’s name and photo before pickup. Answer the phone at 3am. None of it is glamorous — all of it is the job.

Show up early.
The driver is at the pickup point ten minutes before the booking. Cold water in the door. If the flight is delayed, we adjust without being asked. Punctuality is the cheapest form of luxury — and the one most often skipped.

Vet everyone.
Every driver, host, security operator, property, and partner we use is one we’ve personally worked with. No marketplace, no last-minute subcontracting, no strangers handling your trip.
